Billing, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

This Billing, Refund, and Cancellation Policy applies to primaldallas.com (the "Website"), which is owned and operated by Primal Of Texas Inc, doing business as Primal Integrative Health Group, Primal Aesthetics, Primal Health, Primal Pediatrics, Primal Performance, and Primal Vitality (collectively, "Primal," "we," "us," or "our").

By purchasing any service, package, membership, consultation, evaluation, promotional offer, or other offering from us, whether through the Website, by phone, in person, by invoice, or through any other payment method we make available, you acknowledge and agree to this Policy.


1. All Sales Final

All sales are final. No refunds are permitted.

No credit will be given for unused services, unused sessions, partially used packages, unused memberships, missed visits, failure to schedule, or failure to complete a recommended plan, package, or membership term.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing services, packages, memberships, consultations, evaluations, promotions, and other offerings subject to this all-sales-final policy.


2. Memberships and Packages

Certain offerings may be sold as packages, series, memberships, introductory specials, promotional bundles, or prepaid sessions. Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement signed by us, all such purchases are non-refundable and non-creditable.

Unused sessions, expired benefits, missed sessions, or unused portions of a package or membership do not create a right to a refund, partial refund, transfer, exchange, or account credit.

We reserve the right to define, revise, limit, modify, or discontinue package structures, membership terms, included features, pricing, promotional terms, and availability at any time, subject to any written agreement then in effect.


3. Appointment Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Appointments not cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be assessed a $150 late cancellation or missed appointment fee.

This fee may apply to consultations, evaluations, service appointments, follow-up visits, promotional appointments, or other reserved time slots, whether booked online, by phone, in person, or through a third-party scheduler.

If you provide a payment card to reserve an appointment, you authorize us to charge the applicable late cancellation or missed appointment fee to that card if you fail to provide the required notice.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to waive or enforce this fee in particular circumstances. Repeated missed appointments or repeated late cancellations may also result in refusal of future scheduling, prepayment requirements, or forfeiture of promotional pricing.


4. Payment Authorization

If paying by credit card, debit card, HSA card, FSA card, financing method, or any other electronic payment method, you certify that you are the authorized user of the payment method presented for payment.

By presenting or submitting a payment method, you authorize us to collect payment for all charges as indicated above and for all other valid charges incurred in connection with your purchase, appointment, membership, package, consultation, evaluation, promotional offer, or other services, including but not limited to late cancellation fees, missed appointment fees, deposits, and authorized card-on-file charges, where applicable.

You further authorize us to process approved charges using the payment method you present or maintain on file, where permitted by applicable law and consistent with any consent you provide.


5. Deposits, Prepayments, and Promotional Offers

Certain consultations, evaluations, specials, or promotional offers may require a deposit, prepayment, or payment in full at the time of booking. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, such payments are non-refundable.

Promotional pricing, introductory offers, and limited-time specials may be subject to expiration dates, eligibility rules, limited availability, forfeiture upon missed appointments, or other separate conditions.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any promotion, special, or introductory offer at any time. Nothing on this Website or in our marketing materials obligates us to honor typographical, pricing, promotional, or other inadvertent errors.


6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By making a purchase, you agree to contact us first regarding any billing concern so that we may attempt to resolve it. Because all sales are final and no refunds are permitted, filing a chargeback or payment dispute does not alter your agreement to these terms where the charge was validly authorized and processed.

We reserve the right to contest chargebacks or payment disputes with supporting documentation, including signed agreements, invoices, receipts, appointment records, communications, and evidence of your acceptance of these terms.


7. No Guarantee of Results

Payment for any consultation, session, package, membership, or service does not guarantee any particular result or outcome. Individual results and experiences vary.


8. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update or modify this Billing, Refund, and Cancellation Policy at any time by posting a revised version on this Website. The updated version will be effective as of the stated effective date.
